We encourage you to Submit Abstracts and Symposia ideas, and feel confident that we will make it possible for you to share your work. We will update this page frequently so members and attendees are aware of any changes to registration or presentation formats. If you have questions not answered on this page, please contact conferences@isaz.net.
When and where will the 2022 ISAZ Conference take place?​

ISAZ’s 2022 Annual Conference will take place in person* July 7th - 9th in Boise, Idaho in the Student Union Building at Boise State University. The address of the university is below:

*The ISAZ Board and conference planning committee are keeping close tabs on the impacts on COVID-19 and are prepared to transition to a fully remote conference if the need arises.
Should I still submit an abstract if I do not know whether I will be able to attend in person or not?​
​
Yes! Please do submit an abstract — submitting does not commit you to attend in person. If your submission is accepted, we will reach out in Spring of 2022 to determine your attendance status. We will also be continuing the OnDemand talk options, providing flexibility to accepted submissions.

If my abstract is accepted, when will I need to make a final decision on whether to present my presentation?​
​
Acceptance decisions will be provided to submitters in the Spring of 2022, and presenters will be given a specified number of days to accept or decline their presentation invitations.
Can I attend the conference without presenting?​
​
Yes! We welcome all attendees regardless of whether you are presenting or not.
As a presenter, do I need to register for the conference?​
​
Yes, all presenters are required to register for the conference.
When will registration open, what will the fees be, and will any registration discounts be offered?​
​
Stay tuned for the opening of registration and the announcement of conference rates in the Spring of 2022. Discounted registration will be available for ISAZ Members.

Will I have to pay VAT on conference attendance?​
​
No, the US does not have a value-added tax (VAT).
