In-Person Format

What is the format of the conference?

We are extremely excited to host an in-person conference this year in Edinburgh, Scotland! In contrast to the previous 3 years where COVID-19 impacted our ability to meet in-person, we are confident that an in-person conference is achievable this year. Unless there is a UK government-imposed international travel ban to Scotland, we will not pivot to a virtual online format.

Hotel accommodation for delegates is available near the conference venue. Delegates will receive preferential rates, but the accommodation is also open to tourists visiting the city, so early booking is recommended. Find details about hotel accommodations here.
